Nails care

How i take care of my nails? It's based on 5 simple steps which i will show you in a minute. I think the most important thing is to be patient in growing and absolutely don't bite nails. I used to be nail biter when i was younger, but i'm not since few years. Enjoy ! :)

STEP: 1
Cuticle
I always start with my cuticles. When they are strong and i have a lot of them i use Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover with orange sticks and gently push them back. I tried not to use that more than once a week- week and a half. Other way i just push them back with that cuticle pusher. The Burt's Bees cream is my favourite thing to keep cuticles in right moisture. I use that few times a week.

STEP: 2
Fill
Filing my nails is my routine. When i need just a little bit of correction i used the glass file from Peggy Sage which i adore. And when i want to drastically change lengh of my nails i do that with paper file from Inglot. The glass one is healthier than paper or metal filers, because it doesn't ruin your nails.

STEP: 3
Buff
That pink one is strong nail buffer, so i don't use that more than once a week. Buffing your nails helps to leveling the surface of the nail, but i don't recommend to over do it.

STEP: 4
Base & Top Coat
Those are my all time favourites: Nail Tek Foundation II for soft and peeling nails. I used to use Orly Polishield and Seche Vite top coat but when i was in the middle of bottle it starts to get thick so i changed it to Essie Good To Go and so far is the best top.

STEP: 5
Moisturize
In the winter when my hands are dry i use that Perfecta cream with soya, cause it moisturized better and in the summer i use Soraya cream with olive cause its light consistency. I tried to use hand creams everyday.

And those are my nails after all that steps !

Hello, Kitty !

Those are my friend nails that i did few days ago. I used three coats of Revlon Sheer Nude, then triangle is made of China Glaze Strawberry Fields and that tiny little strike i did with thin nail art brush and OPI Glitzerland. On the top i put a small pearl. On the index finger is only one coat of that Revlon shade and cutest hello kitty ever.

Opening

I have finally decided to begin my own blog. Of course it will be about nail polishes and nail arts, which i'm recently really into it. I start collecting nail polishes year ago and i can say that i feel adicted. Favourite brand? OPI. But who knows, maybe one day it will change! Feel free to leave a comment and i hope you will enjoy my blog :)

Those are two of my very first works. I know they aren't perfect, but practise makes perfect!
